“Fighting for Better Wage”✊
We believe that every worker deserves fair pay for their hard work. Our wages must reflect the rising cost of living and the value we bring to our workplace every day.
📢 It’s time to raise our voices and stand united for:
✅ Respect
✅ Dignity
✅ A livable wage
Together, we’re stronger. Let’s fight for a better future — for ourselves, our families, and the generations to come.

Joint Job Evaluation(JJE) Committee
Our Local is seeking members to join the Joint Job Evaluation (JJE) Committee. This committee is responsible for reviewing and evaluating job classifications to ensure fairness, accuracy, and proper compensation for workers. JJE plays a vital role in making sure that job descriptions reflect the actual work being done and that wages remain equitable.
We need individuals who are detail-oriented and skilled in note-taking and documentation, as accuracy is of the utmost importance in this process.
